Y'all see the man hanging out of the spaceship with the really big gun? Now I'm not saying you weren't easy to find. It was kinda out of our way, and he didn't want to come in the first place. Man's lookin' to kill some folk. So really it's his will y'all should worry about thwarting.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Of course, I've been told that I take a pulse as an invitation to flirt.
You check for a pulse? No hot zombie action?
Sigh. Long-suffering, I might add.
Aww, cute.

The status is NOT quo.

It's a long-suffering sigh of quiet amusement, luckily.

Our wings are not tired

No hot zombie action?

Well, now that you mention it...

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Jilli, I love that slightly suspicious look. The hair is pretty nice too, but mostly I'm all about the look.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Lovely hair, Jilli.

meara, I think that would make your intentions reasonably clear. Although it's possible that if the other person is someone who has a hard time believing anyone would be interested, she might be afraid to respond in kind because any such flirtation is obviously a joke.

Mostly lurking...

Jilli! How lovely!

meara, that's just craziness.

Morning, all!

Anne, how are you doing this morning? Get some sleep or too worried?

currently organizing:

  • huge high-speed move (with real estate agent that is not so much with the math)
  • week-at-beach (with towing of all possible toddler items in the universe) ... including several days with Sparky & DH YAY YAY YAY, parents (yay), and several other days with Iris-godmother & godfather, purveyor of the Buffy Comeek YAY!
  • frantic clean-up of current house and garden and various bad drywall screw decisions.
  • oh, and yeah - work. That.
  • Plus finding a new assistant, as the current awesome person who works with me (superhero name: Sarcastica) is leaving at the end of the month to follow her boyfriend. Boo.

not your mom's socks.

oh, and trying to figure out how the *(#$@# I caused a trainwreck on the third row of the first sweater I've started since Iris was born. And didn't notice until the 10th row. That too. Gronk. It may have been a KUI (knitting w/ wine in hand).

What is even happening?

Clearly, you need an extra long bendy straw.

There are a few more haircut pix there, too. No, I never, EVER look relaxed when Pete tries to take pictures of me. It's a thing. A thing I'd like to change, but I haven't managed it yet.

Jilli, you look lovely. Your haircut looks great on you. I never look relaxed when Scott takes my picture, either.

Pretty Jilli!

And didn't notice until the 10th row.

Who knew knitting habits were genetic? Also, must put "more wine" on beach shopping list.
