Buffy: So how'd she get away with the bad mojo stuff? Anya: Giles sold it to her. Giles: Well, I didn't know it was her. I mean, how could I? If it's any consolation, I may have overcharged her.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

I dreamed about Regis Philbin and James Marsters last night.

Please tell me there was no slash involved.

Ann, that's a ferret.

I think Jilli should be the boss of us and we should make her a little plaque that says, "Boss of Us."

I like this idea. My life could use a good non-work boss.

Hubs doesn't count because neither one of us is the boss, and the cats are only the bosses for cat-related things.

Good god, no.

I'm in. Think what a wonderful place the world would be if Jilli were the boss of everyone!

Fred Pete, are you still looking for a second-opinion vet? The friends I was hanging out with in Va on Saturday have a vet they like who makes house calls.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I like the idea of Jilli as a boss - much more politeness, MUCH better dressed, and lots of sparkles and pink.

Thanks for the thought, Sparky, but I think we're beyond that after the hospitalization last week. I'm taking several days off while Hubs is out of town on business, and on today's list (along with taking Max and Marie to the groomers and Teddy to the vet for fluids) is to do advance scouting at the local pet cemetery.

Still hoping for that miracle, but even if it does happen, we've realized that we won't have Teddy forever.

Exactly my thoughts!

Fred Pete, I'm so sorry about Teddy. He is so very loved by you and Hubs.

right back at ya!

It is still hot in my office. I may have to go find something to do that doesn't require being in here.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I need to find my motivation. I skipped a therapist appointment and now I need to pack for my sister's wedding so I can get on the road.

Christopher has the kids out somewhere (I was asleep when they left), so I have no excuses for being lazy and procrastinating.
