Depends on your area and the kind of bike you want, and probably not, you'll just need to find a small bike. Craigslist is awesome for finding and talking about motorcycles.

A friend of mine back home builds/rebuilds them. Mr. Jane has a way cheap one in pieces all over the garage our friend is helping him rebuild.

Getting an IUD means no more periods?
With the Mirena, that's very common. With the hormone-free copper IUD, I think it makes periods heavier.

Ibuprofen beforehand should take care of it. I mean, it won't *eliminate* any ouchies, but it'll mitigate them.

Depends on the insurance. Mine did.
