Of course it's 3:30 and the credit union, being both a bank and a federal organization, was prepping to close two hours early for the holiday weekend.

I just spoke with the manager and he confirmed that they've had the PO for two weeks, and that he can see I've been in contact with them almost daily for a week. He "doesn't know how we dropped the ball" but swears he'll get the check out today before the staff close up.
