The movers are gone. That was fairly painless. TCG is out taking his step-grandmother home from the rehab place where she was recovering from a broken hip. Mom is coming over after work to help with the unpacking, so I think I'm going to rest for a little bit.

Wish me move-ma for tomorrow/Thursday - in a minor miracle, State has agreed to release all our stored stuff to me without R being in country yet. So I shall have a bed and a table and a couch. Maybe even a mattress.
Unless, of course, they deliver someone else's stuff to me, or all our stuff got ruined. Which would be par for the course.
