Spike: Ladies. Come on in. Plenty of blood in the fridge, don't be shy. Dawn: You mean like, real blood? Spike: What do you think? Dawn: Mostly I think, 'Eew!'

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

that's the only weird thing about our family

Sox, please put your pants out, as they appear to be on fire.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

yes. but that's the only weird thing about our family. we're terribly boring otherwise.

The members of your family I have met have been, as I recall, entertaining.

But perhaps they were on their most interesting, on account of how any non-Sparky members met were at an Important Social Event at the time.

Now tagless for your comfort.

ARGH! My SiL is trying to change plans next week for babysitting the kids for my sister's wedding. Head. Exploding. I thought we had it all hashed out.

Sometimes, it's like we don't speak the same language.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I just informed Sox this morning that the 50th anniversary party she remembered for our grandparents was actually their 51st because our grandmother didn't want anyone to know that my father was conceived before my grandparents were married. Hee!

Not the 49th?

Not the 49th?

I didn't get the math genes, nor did Sox.

Fortunately for your grandmother, I guess.

Fortunately for your grandmother, I guess.

At that particular party, poor Sox ended up in the dog coop.

Not my fault!

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I bought the most adorable purse this weekend: [link] It's the third bag down (Barbie Whales). Love it!

ah - yes, well if you weren't (A) exposited on the history of civil war battlefields, the nature and lore of the local native plants, or the true intent of Hericlitus (B) treated to 'ah. yes. if you say so.' at the end of each sentence, or (C) set on fire, then you really need to come to several more of our family outings to see us in fine fettle. The future, thankfully, tends to be more creative in its expressive tendencies.

I like Genevieve. it's a nice name.
