Can I get a little bit of ~ma. My uncle, Johnny, had a heart cath procedure Wednesday morning. The Dr. found one artery 90% blocked but got it opened to 40% but could not add a stint, he spent the night and went home yesterday. Last night he suffered a heart attack and had to be air-lifted to Shreveport. (He was down at the lake where my grandparents were). He is in the Cardiac Unit, and they have decided to go ahead and do the bypass today (they were going to wait until Monday).
My uncle Bill last April, Grandaddy in December, Mimi this March. I would like for the worst case to happen way way farther into the future.

I'm working at Atomic on Saturday so, by default, I am. Should be fun getting the tourists to leave their froufyfruity drinks OUTSIDE the store full of books. It's actually my last day there. I'm giving it up because, with new day job, I feel like I'll really need my whole weekend to rest and do stuff. I'll miss it though. It's a pretty fun place to work. And I'll REALLY miss the employee discount!
Cindy, I can't really tell what the posh haircut would look like because the picture is so dark. But I'd trust Hec if he says you can pull it off. He is the expert! I like the messy pixie, personally, and the one you posted yesterday that you were worried was too young for you. (And looking at your links made me really wish I could get away with short hair! So fun!)

I didn't look at the haircuts because I am too crazed.
DH is in Tampa today perhaps closing a deal we have been working on for over 2 years. (positeve vibes in about 45 minutes wouldn't hurt) Doctors are not quick with the decision making. Also, in the good news, bad news kind of thing. We seem to suddenly be getting a lot of projects and that is delaying my trip up north for the summer. Yay for $$, boo for no Otter Lake yet.
Bypass~ma for your Uncle, DJ. If it helps to hear it, when my father had his quadruple bypass 10 years ago, he was up and walking 24 hours post surgery. The docs seem awfully good at this particular procedure.
