Home schooling? You know, it's not just for scary religious people anymore.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Art Crawl!!!

Neither does mine - but I can go the comic shop at lunch and have Buffy, SPN and possibly Nightwing to read at lunch.

Punishingly Intricate

I already picked up my comic, but have no pie. I do have a doughnut, though.

I will get my comic when I get together at neighborhood restaurant/bar w/ my bookstore friends who will bring me the comic. I could get pie there I think. But really what I want is one of their very good cheeseburgers and a Resurrection ale!

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

oh, as usual, dear - the Paris Hilton prison diaries.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Day 3: So that's what a bitch slap is. Wow. Just … wow. MUST remember not to make that sarcastic face again anytime soon.

Hah!

not your mom's socks.

I'm noticing that my comic goes to my friend Dave's house and only ends up here about a week later. He's Pre-Reading My Comic...

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I didn't get up early enough to get my comics today before my appointment, so I'll have to get them tomorrow.

The headache from hell finally left my head, but the pain seems to have migrated to my lower back. We did manage to get some packiing done last night. Mainly by TCG putting everything in front of me so I wouldn't have to move too much. Our kitchen is almost entirely packed.

Well we'll be at Cafe Hon around 7ish and you can get a copy then and read it and discuss right away!

(uh...providing Your comic is the Buffy comic!)

OK, so maybe I'm sappy today, but this just struck me as being very lovely.

(I'm going to lose my cred as vw's cynical beta, aren't I?)

Thrive to spite them

A coupe of weeks ago Mom had her mammogram and they made her redo it. Then they said they wanted a biopsy. So she did that yesterday. She just got the phone call--

No cancer!
