I'm sorry, dad. You know I would never have tried to save River's life if I had known there was a dinner party at risk.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Mostly lurking...

OK. Just e-mailed off my final paper, and I'm headed to campus to drop off my other final project.

In other words, THIS SEMESTER IS OVER!!!!!!!

Pardon me as I do a little happy dance!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

YAY VW!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Way to kick semester ass, vw!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Then my mother moved with her into a new house which got lots of crickets once a year. THOSE she caught. She'd eat them, but crickets aren't terribly digestible, so she'd throw them up on the floor ... and we'd find little puddles with legs sticking out of them.

Man, that just feels like a metaphor for LIFE...

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Okay, 2 fashion trends that I am REALLY not feeling this season:

* wedge sandals/shoes

* shirt sleeves with the little (or not-so-little) puffy thingie at the top

Wedges look clunky and ungainly to me. Puffy sleeves look ludicrous ON me. I am not a small woman. Or even a medium woman. I don't need my clothing to make me even larger. Die, puffy sleeves! Die!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

hides puffy sleeve top and wedge sandals from Steph's rage.

Punishingly Intricate

I love the wedge sandals and the puffy sleeves! (Not too puffy, though, just a little puff.) ...wishes I had a picture of my new super-cute turquoise sandals to post. And a picture of my little black shirt with a wee puff at the shoulders that I got at Target last year. Both are so perfect!
