Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

If it's just the glass, you could probably take it to a glass/mirror shop and just have them cut you a new one. It cost my parents $8 to do that once (although that was 25 years ago).

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Thank god, the car doesn't have a scratch on it, it's just the mirror. I think that it was hit by a bus or a truck. Unfortunately, I have to take it in because of the hinge issue. I've gotta be there at 8, which means leaving the house at 7:15. Seeing as how I usually leave at 9, it sucketh mightily.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Some picspam from the gothy-goth weekend!

Jilli, I love the full-length picture of you from the Sunday tea!

Also, the woman named Lisa who's in a lot of the pictures -- she looks so familiar to me, and I can't figure out why.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Vortex, I'm sorry. That blows. Shakes fist at hit-and-run driver

Ohhhhhh, Aimee....... Harry Potter theme park to open in Orlando in 2009

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Grr! Bad driver, to hurt the Vortex car!

Jilli, looking at the photo pool, I have decided that pictures of Jason will never not be funny. And that you chose the correct outfit. Is Ann less super-skinny now? Her face looks fuller, but it could just be camera angles.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Vortex, that sucks!

Aimee, your sister's dress is gorgeous. I like David's Bridal. I bought the first dress I tried on there. I'm going to pick it up on Wednesday--I had to have the straps taken up. Outdoor wedding next month, so I'm sort of excited.

What is even happening?

I'm skipping over 400 posts. Hec, I read comments about Emmett in Natter, and then threadsucked, here. Oh my word, the poor guy. Have you had any luck scheduling something for tomorrow? Are they giving him any pain meds (or a tranquilizer that acts on nerve endings)?

He's with JZ and EM at the doctor. He just got an ultrasound and the doctor will be reviewing it and talking to them within the half hour.

I don't know yet what they'll find, if anything. But I hope it's nothing.

He came home last night and was so sore and wincing when he moved in certain directions. Poor kid.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Poor Emmett. Much ~ma to him.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'm kind of wondering if he's got something like a hernia.
