AI: I'm happy we're down to people that can sing at least. I agree that LaKisha has been making really poor song choices. Of course, I haven't loved Melinda's of late either. And Chris's voice continues to bug. I think Phil has really improved, as has Jordin. Blake continues to be my favorite. I loved what Jacob at TWOP had to say about him this week:

"Blake is wearing probably his most awesome outfit in the history of Blakeology, and sings "Imagine" by John Lennon, because he is a pothead. It's basically a repeat of the Keane performance, but even less dynamic. What it is, is oddly sexy and delivered with sincerity so intense that Simon's heart grows three sizes."

What is even happening?

I don't watch AI, but the kids do. I walked through the living room while they were doing the segment with Randy on the rebuilding from Katrina. I saw that family living in the FEMA park. WTF, they can't even repair the damned community center there, or whatever it is. Those people have been living in those trailers for going on two years. TWO YEARS. There's shooting and drug dealing on federal freaking property. I think my blood pressure is through the roof, now.

Anyone watching AI? Because, Il Divo? Giving me goosebumps. I wonder if I can fit them all in my bunk.

What is even happening?

I walked back in the room when I heard them. I thought a contestant was singing at first, and couldn't think of anyone who quite had those chops.

Damn, Clarkson's got a real Joplin vibe going tonight. Doesn't hurt she's got Jeff Beck backing her up.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I'm watching, but the website is so overloaded that I can't get through to donate.

half an hour to go, and still no Bono sighting. This is pissing me off.

Two left to go. They better not boot Jordin. I might just cry.

That is my worst fear. And I voted for her about 25 times.

I would probably stop watching if this is the case.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hey, was Top Model actually just a recap show tonight?
