I just said that you're pretty. Even when you're covered in...engine grease, you're... No, especially, especially when you're covered in engine grease.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I couldn't believe that woman, dressing the dogs up and "walking" them in a stroller.

Oh, yeah, that's the one I saw. It reminded me of the Dog Whisperer episode where this woman's dog would only eat turkey burgers. Uh, no, lady, he's a dog. You're obviously not doing something right, because dogs will eat anything.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Yes - it's CATS that are the picky eaters.

But dogs you can dress up and hope to survive ....

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Watching a show on Animal Planet which I think is called "It's Me or the Dog." Oh, my god, this woman gives her (six!) dogs ice cream and tea. She's insane.

I thought that was one of Chris's better performances. The style of song suits his voice much more than a lot of the stuff they've had them singing.

Why does Lakisha keep singing former idol's songs? That never goes well.

You think by now, she'd have learned. Honestly, I like her voice better than Melinda's, but I think Melinda is smarter about her song choices and has a better interpretation of the emotions behind a song.

Thrive to spite them

Also Bono was the coach but then they don't show clips of him coaching them? That's kind of a rip off but I guess they had to push the Idol cares thing. But I don't care about what the contestants think about...well...anything...I want to see what Bono thinks of them!

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

Chris started out weak for me. he didn't seem like he was on-key. the middle and the end made up for it though.

Melinda - *yawn* though the hair looks a million times better like this.

Blake continues to pull my strings. i loved it. though Simon's point stands about it being flat in that there was no crescendo or anything. it is the song though and he sang it from the heart.

Lakisha thinks she IS the American Idol this year. that's why she keeps picking past Idol songs. she irritates the crap outta me.

I think Phil is an absolutely wonderful guy, but i've been very bored with him for weeks now.
