They're actually doing the Geico caveman series???
You know, it could actually be a good way to reuse the kind of stuff they did with the Jeffersons.

I know -- I can't believe that they're doing a caveman series.
24: That first sequence with the chase over the rooftop and the kid hanging off of that bridge: that is the adrenalin pumping stuff we like about 24. Of course, it could just be that I, with my fear of heights, found that really heart pounding. Also, really, really funny when Lisa Miller started beating Daniel Jackson with a lamp. And, I really hope that Doyle turns out to Josh's real dad. They look so much alike.
Miranda Otto and Lucy Liu in the same series! Why isn't there more asskicking!?
I really wanted to write an essay about the caveman commercials and endemic racism. But I think I probably should have done it before the series comes out.
I went to NBC's website and watched video previews of the new shows and I think that they look good. They need more about Journeyman I think but Life and The Bionic Woman both look good to me.

Ha! After my "Kevin McKidd and Reed Diamond in the same show! Too confusing!" comment earlier, I'm amused to notice that they play brothers.
Vonnie, thanks for linking that, for some reason when I went to the NBC site that isn't the preview that I found.
Word is that Jericho is gone.
kind of a bummer. it wasn't appointment tv(in fact, i let about 5 episodes pile up on the TiFaux before watching), but it was a pretty good show. mostly i'm annoyed with shows ending on cliffhangers like that one.
I don't subscribe to Minearverse so I don't know if it's been mentioned there, but Bryan Fuller's new show, Pushing Daisies (starring Lee Pace, who is my BOYFRIEND, so back off, all of you!) has been picked up for the fall schedule and the preview is availble at ABC.com: [link]
OMG, it's freakin' ADORABLE. I knew about Chi McBride, but I didn't know Anna Friel was going to be the love interest! I love Anna Friel! (She's a Brit and has been in loads of things, sporting an excellent American accent here.) This is now officially the series I'm most psyched about in the coming fall season.
