Friday Night Lights is airing in Ireland now. On Fridays. Well, actually, Saturday mornings. It's on at 2:45 in the morning and runs a continuous 44 minutes without advertisements. I've heard such good things about it but 3:30 AM? No. And since it's being aired currently, I think it'd be off to, er, obtain it by other means.

Experimental TV: Network Drama
This thread is an experiment to discern the Buffistas' interests in television discussion. It will close on June 1st, 2007, after which our community will assess our future direction. Discuss network aired drama here. [NAFDA]
Here is an interview with Emily Deschanel. (Not really about Bones, much more about her eating habits.)
Man, Numb3rs. okay, anvilly african children aside, what an episode for the Eppes family. I could have spent the entire episode happily listening in to Don's therapy sessions. And I love how all the Eppes men are now fighting crime! Genius!
I seriously felt for both Don and Charlie in that therapy session, though, because it mirrored the relationship I have with my younger sister, only without the, you know, actually talking. And the we-fight-crime business. Having to deal with stuff from when you were a kid in the present time, as grown ups, is a challenge because intellectually you know one thing while your 13 year old heart is screaming something else. So that ending scene was really great for me. The rest of the plot was a wash, though I did wonder when, um, name memfault--Don's girlfriend?--officially transferred from ATF to FBI, because that was never said. Probably when Meghan left, to fill the singular woman-shaped hole in the show.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer made its debut 6 days after my thirtieth birthday, so and in conclusion, get offa my lawn.
20 days before. Although at first I thought you wrote thirteenth, and wondering what you were complaining about. I think I might need new glasses. Maybe bifocals.
I found myself flipping between Survivor and 7th Heaven last night once I realized it was the series finale FOR REAL. It wasn't actually horrible. It was OTT in the way 7th Heaven is, but this time instead of trying to wrap everything up in nice neat bundles they left open a ton of possiblities. I can't believe I watched it.

Of course, this is subject to change since, last year, NBC announced their schedule and then changed it all up once the other networks announced their schedules.
Yahoo is reporting that The Office and My Name is Earl are going to have 30 and 28 episodes next season. I'm not sure how set in stone that is, but the article suggest they are adding more episodes to combat the problem with viewership dropping off duringthe hiatus.
Futon Critic is saying 25 eps of Earl:
The network has ordered 30 half-hours of the hit series "The Office," including five hour-long episodes, and also has increased the season order for "My Name Is Earl" to 25 episodes.
They're doing something similar with Heroes:
NBC "bulks up" with 30 combined episodes of "Heroes" and "Heroes: Origins," an innovative new spin-off that each week will introduce a new character -- one of whom will be chosen by viewers through the "Heroes" website on NBC.com to become a cast regular the following season.
They're doing something similar with Heroes:
I... what?
I will take it to the Heroes thread.
