DB having fun is a lovely thing to see. Then he gets to be dangerous, and it's even more fun.
"I'd be careful, he shot a clown."
Brennan is very impressed by the clown shootage. I want to see the shrink again.
It makes him sound so loose cannon and, not quite bad ass, but not someone to fuck with, when she says it leaves out the fact it was a sign on a ice cream truck.
I know that it looks like they are headed the way of romance but I really hope they don't. I like them as friends and the energy they have.

I've thought this about him for a while, and I don't know if it's echoes of Angel. They've shown it in small doses, but I think if pushed he would seriously mess your shit up. But he's pretty controlled (thanks to his giant codpiece belt buckle and loud ties).
(Does it actually *say* cock, or just scream it silently?)
It says it. Above a picture of a roostercock.

I know what you're saying, but I hafta go the other way. The chemistry between ED and DB, the build-up, the way they've made it happen, but slowly..I think they will bring 'em together, and they'll knock it out of the park.

What's interesting is that Booth and Brennan do have serious differences of opinion, particularly with religion, and the Booth/Cam thing allowed them to have Booth give the "I can't afford to have a relationship with someone in this dangerous job" speech. All the while, Booth and Brennan get to ping sparks off each other without really getting into it.
I also like the fact that the possibility has been there since day one, with Angela trying to angle them together. It keeps the cutsiness down to have them all be adults considering each other as potential mates.
I'm thinking of starting a campaign for a law to ban the gratuitous use of the song "Hallelujah." We had the time-honored series finale of death of a regular plus a "Hallelujah" ending on Close to Home.
Oh dear.
Or maybe we should start a count and see how high it can go!
Umm, just watched Numb3rs, was that Robert Redford in the promo for the finale?
