I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I love that Mike is back to acting like Mike. I miss Bree.

Me, too, on both. Mike is actually making me like Susan a little bit again. I guess not having Bree around leaves more room for Edie, which has turned out pretty well, I'm liking her quite a bit as an actual character and not just a foil; but it also seems to require Lynn to more obtuse than usual. I'm all for the Schavos (or however you spell it) having problems, but I don't like Lynn flirting with another man.

I'm apparently more invested than I thought.

Do we talk about Gilmore Girls here? Or in comedy?

It was good to see Luke and Lorelai getting back together.

I continue to love Doyle and Paris.

And Rory doesn't get everything that she wanted.

And people name their apartments? Did I miss the explanation of why?

Because books.

Do we talk about Gilmore Girls here? Or in comedy?

Good question.

I was really late to the Gilmores love, because of VCR issues and it being up against BtVS, but I love it now. I've been catching up on old episodes on the Family Channel.

Luke and Lorelai fighting was so stupidly sweet. Also with the Paris and Doyle love. And Jackson so excited about eating pizza on the couch!

House was sort of blah for me tonight, but I was only watching it with one eye due to the kids still being up.

House was the opposite for me, tonight. My mother died of sepsis so it really hit a nerve. But I think I learned more from this episode than I learned from the doctors.

And people name their apartments? Did I miss the explanation of why?

we used to name our apartments, but only because we got tired of saying "bob, mike, bill, and john's place" Usually we shortened it to the apartment number as opposed to an actual name, although there were exceptions.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Sail, my dad died of sepsis, too! My mom liked the ep--it hasn't aired here yet.

I think when it comes to conditions that can sneak up on person, sepsis is probably the most common. The hospital didn't even realize what was happening with my mother until even antibiotics wouldn't help.
