That would leave the FBI scratching their heads. And then the hairless cat would be the good terminator kitty and have to overcome the prejuidice of looking different to save people.
Also, there would be no reason why the good Terminator kitty couldn't talk, like a regular Terminator. Of course, most of the time it wouldn't, in order to avoid calling attention to itself. But it might, say, befriend a certain FBI agent and talk to him when no one else is around....

They haven't shown how time paradoxes resolve themselves. Would she fade out? Would she retroactively not have existed, so their memories would be clean? However, it's perfectly possible that she just got made elsewhere with some other...Celadon (what was it??) just like Skynet has rerouted its creation.
Just like the Internet finds a way to get your packet from source to destination, Skynet seems to be finding a way to its creation despite interruption of the primary and shortest path.
