that shot of the flying monkees coming out of her cleavage was awesome
The boys adored that scene. They had been transfixed on the cleavage, then ouch!
I'll watch the next 4 hours when I get a chance, but once will be more than enough.
'Safe'
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

The thing about Azkedeliah - to me, is that she resembles any number of women in Flash Gordon and that just prejudices me against her.
I realize that the actress isn't actually in Flash Gordon but it's an irrational thing.
Poor Ronan.
Saved by the chance to do violence.
He already had the chance to do violence where it would do the most good—removing Walter from the Stargate shows forever!
I thought the payoff of Abadon was lamer than an lame thing at lametime.
I thought it was lamer than that, on a show that leans on "scientific" or "alien" causes for events. It was like they opened the rift and Cthulu and the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man jumped out.
I liked Owen's reaction to seeing Jack again.
I enjoyed the Torchwood. I thought Gwen's happiness with Rhys at the beginning and her loss at his death was very Whedonesqe or Minearish.
I missed Gwen's reaction to Rhys' death (I changed the channel) but I'd seen it before and what I liked was how raw it was and how real. They are definitely not worried about looking pretty during grief.
I agree. The characters just seem to be pretty raw, that makes Brit TV so much more satisfying than most US TV.
I also liked Jack quietly washing the blood off of Gwen's fingers while she is sitting next to Rhys in the torhwood morgue.
The big monster bit of the finale was pretty said, but there's some great character stuff. Everything surrounding Rhys' death, Owen's eviction from Torchwood, Owen shooting Jack, everyone's reaction to Jack's resurrection. (Jack and Ianto making out.)
