Sir? I'd like you to take the helm, please. I need this man to tear all my clothes off.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

When Dan realized that the progress he'd made with his brother had been undone, my heart broke.

And I think this was the first ep where Jack's jerky attitude really highlighted how much he cares about his brother. Rather than hearing him say "I care about you and this is why I'm invading your personal finances and privacy" I actually saw it, which was lovely. And then with the heartbreaking. And then the PROMO!!!!

*ahem*

I'm not a parent, and avoid children as much as possible, so my opinion of Zack's storyline may be off. I get that kid's act out when things are wacky at home, but the way the school, and even Kate, were dealing with him seemed off. The whole school suspension thing was wack to me, especially for a kid so young. It seemed more like "we don't want your devil child sullying our school image".

But I also say "yay" to Zack for socking that kid in the nose when even Kate knows he steals toys from all the other kids. (It's not like she encouraged him to do it like a certain Winchester boy I know).

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm iffy on Zack myself. I deleted the ep off TiVo without watching the promo--what's up for next week.

And, yeah, I think Jack came off well this week, but sadly that doesn't stop him from messing Dan's shit up majorly.

Dan just has to work out how to set up a proof like the one he did with Katie--but one that sticks this time.

Art Crawl!!!

Next week Livia has to go to Jack to save Dan who has been shot. . . in the past. (I think.)

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

If I may, after tonight's Journeyman, I'd like to put 5 for Fighting's "Superman" on the list of songs that may not be used on tv shows. No, I have no other instance in mind, but, let's not have this be the next "Hallelujah"

I know that "Hallelujah" has been overused to the point of cliche, but I saw/heard Rufus Wainwright singing it in concert this past August, and I swear to you that I practically had a sexual response to him performing it. Combination of the man and the music, I suppose. (And yes, I know that he didn't write it.)

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

A good friend of mine is a bartender at a gay bar that does karaoke. Sometimes, at the end of the night, he will sing Hallelujah. It's fucking amazing.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I don't know what Con this panel happened at, but here is a YouTube video entitled "Christopher Judge Learns About Furries". [link]

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I shouldn't watch these things while everyone else in the house is still asleep!

Hi-sterical reaction! Although, I don't think that's going to help with my recent nightmares.

I other news, I had a disturbing dream with Sendhil Ramamurthy and his twin brother, Orlando Bloom, and Damian Lewis (starring role). I know it sounds fantastic. And if I told you what it was about, you'd probably still think it sounded fantastic.

So I'm just going to sit here wide awake and horrified at oh-my-god-it's-early and keep it to myself. Unicorns and puppies and wet shirtless Peter's--wait, that might be what got me in trouble in the first place. Not the unicorns and puppies. Ogling actors.

I swear I was only reading the motivator thread at TWoP!

Also, DL's sister was played by Parker Posey. Odd choice.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

oh dear .... I yelped and then giggled hysterically over that vid.

"Ladies and gentlemen, you have offended Christopher Judge."
