What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

And why is his name Julian? What is an L-nick name we can call him to make him really fit? Little Luther?

We've known his name was Julian for years. And, man, that was some crazy retcon. I don't remember enough about that one episode, but, like, didn't Lex actually see Julian die? Weren't their flashbacks and everything?

And...wasn't there another Julian before? Another secret Luthor who ALSO liked to play pool with Lex?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Peter Davidson had the unfortunate luck to follow Tom Baker as The Doctor.

I had only seen him as Tristan in All Creatures Great and Small, so it took awhile to see him as competent, but I grew to like his Doctor and thought he left too soon

Bless his celery stick. He was the Doctor I first encountered, though I also ended up seeing a lot of Tom Baker re-runs around the same time (doG bless PBS). TB was awesome, but PD was a very nice contrast.

All I ever saw of Colin Baker was his scene when PD's Doctor passed on, and it looked like he was going to be a snotty piece of work. Never ended up seeing any episode of his due to circumstances, but it sounds like that initial impression was spot on.

That was hilarious. I snorted. He was so pleased with himself.

I liked Colin Baker. Because he was such a jerk. I know, it's a shock for me to react that way.

But really. I thought it was interesting. I had only seen Tom Baker & Peter Davison, and Davison really was a bit too squishy and nice. So a selfish, half-psycho Doctor kind of made me go, "Oh. Well, this is different." And the effect that had on the formula was sort of intriguing -- I seem to recall that the stories shifted so that a lot of the plot was simply designed to overcome his, "Yeah, boo-hoo, we've all got problems" attitude. And then a bit later PBS started airing some of the very first episodes. I was amused to see that Hartnell's Doctor was rather similar to Colin Baker's.

I liked all of the Doctors except Colin, though I only saw a little of Sylvester McCoy.
