Kaylee: Captain seem a little funny to you at breakfast this morning? Wash: Come on, Kaylee. We all know I'm the funny one.

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

"The Dresden Files" is now playing, as I type this, on the Sci Fi channel.

Art Crawl!!!

Yep, but instead of "Hair of the Dog" - it's "The Boone Identity."

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Ho. Lee. Crap.

Well, I'll grant that the Summer Glau poster is visually arresting, and visually arresting is a reasonable thing to want one's poster to be.

But.

Yeah. That's a whole lot of unhealthiness right there. And not just the "Look! Robot! Hot robot! Robot with actual tits! Actual naked tits on a robot!" thing.* It's the whole "Look! Hot chick who's been violently dismembered! But is still hot! And could totally still give you a blow job! Look, we showed that ass-kicking bitch she's not so strong after all!" thing.

*which puts me in mind of RDT's gleeful ramblings about K9: "It was the best thing ever! Kids love dogs, and kids love robots - and this was a dog who was also a robot! Fantastic!" (I'm paraphrasing madly from memory, of course.)

Oh, man, "Time Crash" (the new Children in Need special) is seven and a half minutes of pure love.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Wait a bit. It's not Christmas. Why are we getting Christmas things?

And more importantly, is it on YouTube?
