I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I too was definitely ready to run for the hallway when Olive started singing, but I began to really enjoy it, especially all the lovely camera angles and dancing with Digby.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I made squeaky noises of joy when Olive started singing. It's Kristin Chenoweth! Also, I'm glad to have IMDB confirm that I have in fact seen the guy who played Mark Chase before -- he was Professor Landry on Veronica Mars last season.

I liked this episode a lot, and I'm excited to see Chuck's aunts return in the next episode. So far the best thing about this show, for me, is the way that Lee Pace smiles in this totally swoon-inducing way everything he looks at or thinks about Chuck. As long as they continue to make me melty, I'm watching!

Okay, all I can say about Pushing Daisies right now is:

FLAIL! SHOW!

I'm all messed up over this show. I love Ned and Chuck (and Emerson), but Olive is breaking my heart.

FLAIL!

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

LOVED the singing, loved it. Other than that, I got no comment.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The sly references to Jeanine's anorexia.

Bulemia, I think.

It was pushing my cute tolerance a little. I missed the Aunts. Still loving the design which with the factory had a Willy Wonka vibe.

Still very good but they gotta stop the 15 years 4 months 2 days 17 minutes crap.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I loved that the Dandy Lion was so lightweight and resiliently plastic that it kept bouncing off the front of the hummer when the CEO was ramming them. It was like trying to mow down Happy Fun Ball!

I want to be a Dandelion for Halloween now. Those costumes were awesome!

The girl in her costume crying while eating pie while shimmying around the platform was rather disturbing.

Yeah, but I liked that part. Emmett found the faceless dummy creepy.

Janine had weirdly asymetrical eyes.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Dear ABC, please stream this episode on your site tomorrow.

Signed, the poor deprived Goth who can't get ABC to come in properly on her TV, and isn't about to get cable for one show.

(There was a song and dance number? And handgun cozies? zomg, must see this!)
