I don't give a good gorram about relevant, Wash. Or objective. And I ain't so afraid of losing something that I ain't gonna try to have it. You and I would make one beautiful baby. And I want to meet that child one day. Period.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

And Jack's "You too?" to Martha about unrequited love! And Francine almost shooting the Master! And Martha bringing flowers to the professor lady! And Martha calling Tom!

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

Tom's scenes ended up being completely cut, didn't they? or they might as well have been.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Might as well have been -- I mean, he was there, but kind of as "that guy who was in the episode", not as, say, "really cool character and the reason it makes emotional and dramatic sense for Martha to make the decision she does at the end".

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

And the Doctor's explanation of why he never sensed the Master before!

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

No, apparently the cuts this week were very minor.

Hmm, then I will continue to be befuzzled as to why the fairies were screwing around with Gwen FOR NO APPARANT REASON AT ALL.

Journeyman was enjoyable, but if the pace of this keeps up, poor Dan Vasser's life is going to fall right apart.

Ooh, Liv was a traveller from before they met! Eeenteresting.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Chuck was fabulous tonight! MUCH better than last week. The scenes of Captain Awesome teaching Chuck how to tango had me howling. I love Captain Awesome, especially for teaching Chuck the girl's part so that Chuck had to ask the hot and scary international arms dealer to *lead*. Heee!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Have the female fights gotten better? I saw the last one, and it hurt me so much I couldn't imagine what could redeem the character or episode.

Sadly, no. The CIA woman and the scary international arms dealer (also a woman) had an all-out brawl on the rooftop near the end, and even *I* could tell whoever the stuntwoman was for the CIA woman didn't know how to throw a punch.
