But that's just my point! You she obeys! She obeys you! There's obeying going on right under my nose!

Boxed Set, Vol. IV: It's always suicide-mission this, save-the-planet that.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

'Cause to me that sounds as odd as saying that one can't tell the difference between Faith and Drusilla, or Wesley and Doyle.

Heh. The first episode of "Buffy" I watched ("The Zeppo), I had trouble telling Faith and Cordelia apart, and somehow convinced myself Faith/Cordelia were a sort of Jeckyll & Hyde situation, where Cordelia didn't remember the things she did as Faith (including, obviously, Xander).

Art Crawl!!!

JJ Abrams new show:

Fringe concerns a young female FBI agent (my favorite kind) who in the name of investigating a rash of unexplained phenomena teams with an institutionalized scientist whose life's work may be at the heart of the strange goings-on. The series' previous working title? "The Eureka Files."

Sounds fun! I know he has his detractors, but I always really enjoy J.J. Abrams shows.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'm guessing the female FBI agent will be named Blarice Blarling and the scientist will be called Blannible Blechter.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can't believe they ever had "files" in the name.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

My friend Nancy is a writer on Blood Ties. I haven't heard anything about whether she thinks that it's any good yet.

Ha, seriously. Unlike Hec, I went to an X-Files place.
