Yeah, that was my big complaint too.
This is a note to past Polter-Cow: somehow, I was not as annoyed by that on the rewatch!
New favoritest show.
Definitely favoritest new show.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

more importantly, it has me grinning and genuinely happy.
Amen. I've enjoyed a lot of television programs over the past season, but it feels really good to have that love at first sight feeling again. I think this is going to fill the void Wonderfalls' cancellation left in my life (or lack of same).
I cheered when Swoosie Kurtz had that line about being able to hold her breath a long time and I remembered that she'd worked as a Darling Mermaid all those years.
Ha! Nice catch, Matt. I hadn't made that connection.

It felt like the whole synchronized swimming quirk was a big setup for that one line. It worked!
May I also add that I adored Chi McBride in the show, too?
I have to disagree on that. Except perhaps for 1-2 scenes, I thought he dragged the show down.
Tossing my love on the pile for PD. I want a Ned for Christmas and I just LOVE Olive. But then, Kristin Chenoweth is like, my favoritest ever so no surprise there.

How much did I adore the short scene where Lee is petting Digby using a hand-scratcher?
I think this may have gotten lost in the mad rush of PD love (that I was part of myself), so I thought I'd ask again:
So, I DVRd the later broadcast of the finale of EUREKA Tuesday night, and (I'm guessing due to FRELLING wrestling) it started 6 minutes late.
I saw Beverly about to zap herself in the machine. Can someone give me the synopsis of the rest of the episode?
Oh YAY! I'm so glad people love PD -- I've been waiting for this to premiere all summer!
The adorability of Lee Pace really cannot be overstated.
