So many things to love about this ep, and the future people were the only thing to role my eyes at.
Derek Jacobi was fantastic, the glimpse of John Simms was delicious, the Doctor/Jack scenes were bittersweet and heartwrenching. The references to Rose going from a laugh to another glimpse of the Doctor's loss (OTP!), and I finally caught the reason why Jack was carrying around that hand, cuz for the longest time I thought it was merely a sick obsession/security blanket.
