A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Has it been shown that Kevin is in the way? I think Kevin and his concern for him has been a plus for him this whole time. I mean, even before the artifact Stark was good with him. Now he's giving him even more reason for Allison time.
Do we know for sure that Stark was good with him before? Most of their history came before Season 1, so we really only have Allison's word on it. He could have been using them both to get to the artifact then just as he appears to be doing now. Consider how quickly he left them when the artifact got moved out of Eureka.
How far back does Kevin's link to the artifact go? And how long has Stark known about it?
I still haven't seen evidence he's an obstacle, though.
Watching Jake 2.0. Just finished the Lee Majors ep with requisite wink at the audience. And in the next ep there was a Bionic Woman ad followed by the Lindsay Wagner Sleep Number one.
Too much stimuli!
They should have followed up with one of those Jack Links beef jerky ads.

Not from the beginning. In the pilot, Kevin was just the typical savant-esque autistic kid who saved the world. The link to the artifact happened near the end of Season 1, I think.
A little convenient. The artifact stuff is getting bizarre - the powers of the artifact keep shifting depending on how it will serve the storyline.
I want them to bring in Kevin's father.
I think I wouldn't have minded this week's Jo/Zane if last week's hadn't been so completely horrifying. (I'm reminded of coming into BtVS halfway through S4 and not seeing what was so bad about Riley...and then finally understanding when I went back and watched the full season on DVD.) Introducing new love interests is always tricky -- maybe I'll come around on this one eventually.
The "Taggart's animals TOTALLY PARALLEL AND ILLUMINATE THE B-PLOT!" thing is getting a little old.
But on the other hand, count me as very relieved that Zoe was absent from this ep. Ewwwwwwww.
LOVED Fargo-as-bodyguard. Comedy gold, baby!
Still haven't seen the 4400 finale b/c it was preempted for the Emmys and the Tivo only just picked up a repeat yesterday.
And why was only one man in charge of something that affected something so integral to the town?
Doesn't surprise me, actually. Eureka is a place of people who are locked into their own world. I think that most people would say "oh, good, someone else is taking care of it, I can do my thing"
re: Kevin -- it's not so much that I think that Stark thinks of Kevin as an obstacle, but you can't argue that having a relationship is easier without a child (not even meaning Kevin's autism) it's just easier if you don't have to worry about another person.

Unless that person is your in.
I'd be surprised if the show ever portrayed him as an obstacle to Stark--unless they were showing us Stark in a negative light, quite a bit more negative than we've seen so far.
Yep! Came out Tuesday. I'm waiting for my box from Amazon.
Crap. I need to get a second job or wait patiently for Christmas or just give up pizza for the rest of the year.
Excellent promo for
