Did people catch Zoe's, "Bored now" when she was talking to Jo?
She said "or now," as in "Or we can discuss it now."
The problem with Jo and Zane is not that he's smarter than she is. It's that he's a GIANT TOOL. Grrr.
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well, you can pretty much see that it isn't.
But if you close your eyes and just listen to the promo--there is false hope.

Exactly. And why she's ignoring or not seeing that is a mystery to me. Insecurity schminsecurity - guy's a jackhole. If they want to explore that idea (and I wish they wouldn't) at least make her object of affection a decent human. Bleh.
It looked to me like the hawk men "fly" by wearing leather jackets and grabbing the lapels so they catch the wind as they fall. Which they should do in a manner not dissimilar to lead weights, unless my understanding of physics and aerodynamics is completely off base.
I assume the lion men will turn out to be transplanted Detroit football fans who've painted whiskers on their faces...
Giant Tool: yes.
I have to admit I thought it was weird that the only people in the church in the beginning of the episode were persons of color--the only identifiable white person was Teryl Rothery (who I pretty much pegged as the Bad Guy because she was Teryl Rothery and you don't bring her in for three lines and a handshake). White people aren't religious in Eureka?
I hope they make Zane go away; Jo's way too good for him. And I think I've become a Stark/Alison shipper: I'm really liking the relationship there.
Who is this "they" of which you speak?I was referring to scientists in general.

Yeah--I figured she was the cause of the problem, the solution to the problem, or going to die because of the problem. Or, I guess, any combination of the three.
CFerg mentioned that Shanks and Lexa were going to be on (not the same ep), but I guess he didn't realise I'd want to hear about dear old Teryl and the cool shoutouts.
There were two things I wanted to make sure I recorded based on promos during last night's show--one was the Highlander, but what the hell else? Maybe something on Thursday? I am such a flake.
Based on the promos I'm going to give Bionic Woman a shot when it airs. How crazy does this make me?
Not saying anything about Eureka, cause it has all been said: Jo's worrying about whether she is smart enough for that jerk drives me nuts.
How crazy does this make me?
Why would you have to be crazy?
Oh, the Highlander. Must set the Tivo, as I'll be at a party on Saturday. I suspect it'll be awful, but Adrian Paul! With a sword! I can't resist.
