Does anybody mind if I pass out?

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

Everything I've seen saying that SPN's been renewed has been unverified. I haven't seen anything trustworthy yet. Dammit. I do see links showing that there are going to be books and I hear rumors of a calendar and even one of those magazines (you know, like they had Buffy and Angel magazines), so I'm hoping that means that they will definitely be renewing. (I'm crossing my fingers and my toes.)

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I just wrote up over 500 words of high-level casefile outline.
This? I would totally read. After I begged for it.
I have comics femslash with the girls paused eternally mid-nookie, like in that craptastic episode of Angel, all because of SPN's brain-eating abilities. It's kind of sad.
Are there candles lit? I love that whole eternal flame-y bit when there are candles in coitus pauseitus.

WOOHOO. Is it too early to volunteer to beta?

I couldn't find anything verified about renewal either. it is hopeful though.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Are there candles lit? I love that whole eternal flame-y bit when there are candles in coitus pauseitus.

Damn! No, due to canon, the candles were all blown out and stuff first. It's, err. Missing scene action, because I'm not bound by the comics code, and can do that.

WOOHOO. Is it too early to volunteer to beta?

Let's just say that, as I fret and wait for a: confirmation or denial of renewal rumors; and b: omg new episode new episode!, some of you may get some email. In about a minute. (Because this is the sort of thing I'd usually hash out in IM, but IM and toddlers = unmixy, and LJ filters = too lazy.)

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

In the books, though, I like that they [spoiler for Proven Guilty]

Yeah. I definitely like the way it was handled in PG.

I've just started reading Storm Front, but I'm itching to read White Night, since it follows Proven Guilty. Too bad its not coming out in the Uk for the foreseeable future.

Really? That's odd the UK release date would be so different. I know there's quite a fans from the UK hanging out on the official forums, who were miffed they got the TV show later than the US.

Damn! Candles make everything better. Even sex that never ... um ... finishes.

Because this is the sort of thing I'd usually hash out in IM
I am hashing a blurb for my parents' 25th anniv in IM right now. AIFTakingForever, but also G because I am at least writing it.

Twenty-four hours from now? Watching new Supernatural! Man, hiatus has seemed forever this time.

And SciFi the next night. Yay!
