Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I love Jason Momoa and his little mancrush on David Hewlett!
Mrrrmmph.

Does anyone want to weigh in on an SPN canon question for me? When did John gave Dean the Impala and started letting him hunt independently? I tend to think it was after Sam left, so roughly when Dean was 23 or 24.
I came up with three answers and then realized that they are all likely fanon, not actually canon. I gotta stop reading so much fic.

I think I really mean fanon. This is what posting and running does. I want to put it around 23 or 24, and I thought that Sam's comment about the solo hunting supports that.

I read the hunting alone just after Sam left for Stanford (which is probably not, as I typoed, Satanford) so 23ish, yes.

But I *thought* he'd had the Impala for a while before that.

And now I am not sure. I need to maybe lay off the Supernatural for a while, it's all swirly in my head.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

but swirly is fun!

But there's a new ep tomorrow. I don't want so much fanon and outright AUs in my head that I fail to completely appreciate the whole New Ep Tomorrowness of it all.

that's the problem with reading fanfic for a currently airing show. i have yet to read any SPN fanfic. haven't managed to find the time.

I have a feeling that tomorrow's episode will *cause* fanon and outright AUs.

Also, I'm caught up and SO EXCITED. And I probably won't even be able to watch in real time, boo.

I think tomorrow's episode is written by Ben Edlund, so it should be fun.
