I am the fly who dreams of the spider

We really needed a collective brain to understand this week's episode.

Austin, didn't we already learn this week that neural networking is bad?

HA! My bad.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Love the idea of the nightshift (Far)Gobots patrolling everywhere.... that entertains my head.

Less entertaining for Jack himself, though. You gotta know Fargo would have the bots networked in to SARAH. And she would keep updating the sheriff about what was going on. Even when he's ordered her not to.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Carter/Stark fanfic archive. Because I care.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

"Doctor Stark is upstairs in your bedroom, Sheriff."

Okay, now that is funny in SARAH's voice.

What? I had to click the link to support ita.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Whew. There's a nice breeze in here from all the handwaving.

Maybe Vincent was lying. 'Cause Cafe Diem didn't turn out to be a dead spot. Just had a lack of senders, right, which was what made Jack try it? Or maybe that was just an excuse for a sleepover. Everyone loves a sleepover, right?

I didn't click the link. It's ita's link.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Maybe Vincent was lying.

Or maybe he's a robot.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Having finally seen the episode last night (I have the hardest time remembering it's on Tuesday, for some reason), I have this to say:

How come the women can't be the heroes of their own damn dreams? How come we have to have Allison being passed around between Carter and Stark (yes, I know it was Carter's dream), and Jo dreams about being *rescued* by Zorro? Jo couldn't have been fighting aliens and kicking some ass? (Though, really, almost worth it for Cassanova!Stark).

I was very glad at the end that it was Carter who'd sent Jo a gift, and not some weird courting thing from Fargo. Because...no.
