Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

Since, as a high school student, there's no reason for her to have a "pay grade" of any kind?
But it wasn't by paygrade though. Allison said it was a designation for those who have regular work schedules. And the doctor used them because they'd have regular sleep patterns.

Oh, that's right. Nevermind.

Yes, IIRC, it was people who had set hours so as not to compromise security, etc.
It's baffling to me why any person in law enforcement would be thought to have regular hours, though.
Yes, I understand that the G3 "paygrade" designated hours, not money. (In which case I'd also quibble that the Carter shouldn't have been on that list either since we've seen on the show that he gets called upon at all hours day or night.)
My point was that Zoe, a minor, wouldn't have had any sort of GD designation since she's a student and not an employee with a contract. (But as Tom pointed out, as a dream-recipient only, she wasn't actually in the study, which I'd forgotten.)

...But I just remembered the argument Zoe was having with her schoolmate. One of them had to have been a sender.
One of them had to have been a sender.
Huh. Okay, that's just confusing then.
I vote handwave.
They mentioned the teacher knowing about the dream too... maybe they're the one that's on GD's payroll?
The teacher could have been the sender but didn't realize it. Jo didn't realize she was the sender and not Fargo until she started feeling bad.
Maybe the teacher was having some dream about Zoe cheating because she expects her to, having a "normal" parent.
I have seriously bizarre dreams all the time that throw all kinds of memories, experiences, and expectations into a blender and then weirdo mash up dreams come out.
