Also, I watched about a half hour of Flash Gordon, decided it was unlikely to stop sucking, and moved on. Not anywhere near popcorn level for me. Tell me if it gets better.

I think Rose was the best. She didn't have the romantic expectations that Martha seems to have. Martha's the med student but she's slower to pick up on things than Rose was. Maybe I'm just idealizing Rose. But then, so is the Doctor.

I liked Rose with 9, but I prefer Martha with 10.
