Boxed Set, Vol. IV: It's always suicide-mission this, save-the-planet that.
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Oh! Thanks, sumi.
Did anybody watch Blood Ties? Now with Julian Sand as yet another villian? I'm seeing a bit more smoothness as the actors settle into their characters.
I laughed and laughed when Coreen (Gina Holden) started spouting Wendigo lore. I guess she took notes during her guest shot on the S1 ep of SPN, "Wendigo".
I like Coreen a lot, though. She's quirky and smart. And the snark between Henry and Celluci just gets better and better.
Yes, it was another good episode and Sands is an excellent villain.
Thing is, I like Sand as an *actor*. I just wish he got to play more than the villain sometimes.
Maybe he got one taste of playing a sympathetic character in A Room with a View and decided never again?
"What do you see?"
"The world. A little darker."
I want to know the story of why little Harry stole a carriage.
Felt sorry for the horse? Took him on a nicer route?
I definitely agree with Theo about the arc tampering. I think it affected seriously the way I enjoyed the season.
Thirded. Have people learned nothing from Firefly?
In the 1980's the CBC was planning an animated Doctor Who. Here's the concept art: [link]
