I so rarely watch cable channels that i'd love to be able to give it up, but if i do that i can't have the DVR. which is tres annoying.
those who are watching the episodes of DW on SciFi, have heart. the episodes do get better. that two parter was one of the worst i have ever seen.
I've enjoyed it but this was just silly.
DW does mix up the silly, scary, groan worthy, and awesome. Ya never know what you're going to get next.
eta: I can't live without cable. I did for many years. But SciFi must be in my channel lineup.

It reminds me of a story I read ages ago about an inescapable prison, also with the psychological insight of the hero into himself.
