I kissed him, and I told him that I loved him. And I killed him.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Just starting to be brothers again?

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I love it when the show hews to urban legend and mythological canon.

Heh. Try watching with Jilli some time. She gets cutely pedantic and nitpicks all the changes they made to the various rituals. She was VERY Cranky With John for not doing that in a circle as is Right and Proper and Smart.

Oh, Sammy. Oh, Dean. Oh, John.

Tessa, you're so pretty.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Dear fandom: note again that Dean can read, quickly and without a struggle.
This and John was an abusive, evil father are my two unfav things in fandom.

I mean, I love fandom. I love this fandom. But I go all shaky fist and it's only grabbed me in maybe one out of a hundred fics.

Yeah, it grated on me too.

I am trying to explain in text that if the internets need strangling, they need a neck. This seems reasonable to me. Have I been hanging out with you folks too long?

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Well, I'm sure Jilli's right, but I understand why they don't show complete rituals and ceremonies. Just the fact that they actually do the research makes my heart go pitty pat.

Those are my two sticking points, too. John being less than the best father circumstances allowed him to be, and Dean being intellectually damaged or lacking.

He was going to go. I'm convinced he was going to go with her.

I'm now a couple minutes behind, by the by.

And yeah, he was totally going to go.

That last long look at Sam.
