A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

Because you really, really should be.

And then you should come in and flail about it, so we can rejoice with you.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

TDF: an excerpt from TWoP:

"A poster at Jim Butcher's board who has been participating in the email campaign to save TDF also reports receiving a reply telling him to expect an announcement this week. FWIW, if they were just cancelling TDF, I would not think they'd make a separate cancellation announcement. So IMHO, either it is a separate renewal announcement for TDF or they are set to announce their whole winter schedule, which TDF may or may not be on. YMMV."

So, hurry up and wait, le sigh.

Oh Paul Blackthorne, at least you have given me pretty pretty imagery with which to dress up my summer reading. I mean, my rose-coloured glasses are on and the axe hasn't fallen just yet!

Our wings are not tired.

Cindy! Are you watching Born Under a Bad Sign tonight? Because you really, really should be.

Sigh, I've had it on in the background while working, but I now remember the problem I had the last time I tried SPN. It's dark. Not content, because dark content doesn't bother me. If I am to watch this show I would need to crank up the brightness on my video. I had to do this with Angel at times too. My eyes just don't like dark shows. Will try again another time. Perhaps with DVD's so I can just watch on my computer and adjust the brightness there.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Eureka! (In regards to my question as to whether Henry did or did not actually cop to remembering four years of bliss with Kim).

Finally the streaming video at skiffy let me play the season premiere (Holding onto eps more than three days old is not sacred in my house, apparently. Doesn't my family realize that I need to watch my appointment TV more than twice?)

Just over two minutes in Henry does in fact say "You lived through 4 years of a timeline that was erased because you stopped me from doing the thing that created it: saving Kim."

So, without further investigation, it's only Carter acting like they both had four years of bliss, and Henry doesn't support this, nor does he clarify the difference as far as I can remember. Too tired to decipher the ramifications this has on the various conspiracy theories floating about (if there's actually more than one).

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

That is amazing news!

On the downside: Ben Browder now less likely to give up on Hollywood (or Vancouver) in disgust and return to hometown for career in local theatre.

Hey, Playhouse on the Square has put on Take Me Out and The Full Monty in recent years. You can't blame me for dreaming...

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

It's unclear that any of the old actors will be in this one. It says that the new webisodes will be based on the original series.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Didn't the producer once vow that the series would continue, even if it was animated or something?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

!!!!!

I doubt they'll have the budget to bring back the original cast, but the Adventures of Young D'Argo Sun Crichton could be a lot of fun.

What is even happening?

Cindy! Are you watching Born Under a Bad Sign tonight? Because you really, really should be.

TiVo grabbed it,and we were going to watch it, but when we saw the previouslies, we decided we should finish our catching up before going forward any more. We're done through "No Exit," now (2.06 -- where Jo tags along and gets kidnapped by the ectoplasm demon. Stay-Puft Man. Ha.) We started watching "Usual Suspects," but I fell asleep. We only have that one and "Crossroad Blues," to watch, before we are all caught up and can move onto "Born Under a Bad Sign."
