I'm not sure how old he is, but I heard him use the word 'newfangled' one time, so he's gotta be pretty far gone.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

You mean the very first episode or the season 2 premiere?

The very first episode. I think I was watching Psych when Eureka aired.

Hey guys!!!

Yeah Phoenix is first in airing order - of season two. We shot Try Try Again first so that everyone could find their groove - it's a much simpler episode. But Phoenix was always supposed to air first.

The director on Try was passing a kidney stone while we were shooting so ... well it's not my favorite we've shot all season...

We started 212 yesterday in Chiliwack and we wrap the show on the 21rst. Two left to shoot!

And all told I have 13 commentaries in my computer. Do you guys have 13 on the dvds? I can't wait to see them.

I'm hitting up Fargo for a commentary on Try Try Again - we'll do that on Friday - and Lupo and Vincent will probably do the premiere.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Sounds like it was not his favorite either.

All is well that ends in pizza.

You know an actor is working hard on a show when he refers to his fellow actors as their characters...

Yay for new Eureka Tuesday!

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

What a great idea. I often have trouble with season premieres precisely because the actors don't seem comfortable yet. I remember feeling that way with almost every Buffy season opener.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I'll have to pick up some more blank tapes so I can tape both Eureka S2 and Doctor Who S3. (Yes, I haven't got a TiFaux yet--hopefully soon, though!)

Actually, I just finished watching the last few episodes of DW S2 today--for some reason, I taped them but never got around to watching them back in January. Loved the ep with both the guy who played Blythe in Band of Brothers and Moaning Myrtle--it must have given both Billie Piper and David Tennant a bit of a break not to have too much screen time to film. The one after that, about the London Olympics, was rather stupid, IMO. But the finale was wonderfully done, tying in Torchwood and the alternate Earth and giving Rose a nicely teary sendoff.

Definitely looking forward to Season 3 now!

Art Crawl!!!

Okay, this article - following up on the previous Edmonton Sun story makes no mention of Dresden Files or any other Scifi series.

Because books.

Are we doing Supernatural W&P tonight? The Usual Suspects, at 7 or 8 board time? (I would prefer 8 tonight, but whatever the consensus is...)

It seems like all 13 are there... there are 2 commentaries for the pilot and at least one commentary (podcast) for each episode. Both versions of the podcasts for Purple Haze and H.O.U.S.E. Rules are on the DVDs. That I believe comes out to 15 commentaries (which is by far the biggest set of extras I've ever seen on a DVD.) CFerg... you rock!

Sounds good to me. Either time works, though earlier is generally preferable when that works for the group.
