Thrive to spite them

DW S 3 Ep 8 and 9 : I've loved Doctor Who for a long time, it was one of my childhood shows, that I watched again as an adult, eagerly wishing for it return in a real way (and we won't count that "movie" even if they do). The show has made me laugh, scared me, had me rolling my eyes, or shaking my head. But never feeling absolutely gutted. I feel that way for everyone, Joan, and John Smith. Martha and the Doctor. Tim.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Okay, I know it's not for-certain good news, I'm keeping my feet on the ground over here, I swear, but ... doesn't Nathan Fillion live in Edmonton?

::imagining Nathan on screen with Paul Blackstone and Terrence Mann::

too much hott

hip deep in pie

doesn't Nathan Fillion live in Edmonton?

He's from there, I don't know if he lives there. I've heard casting rumors about NF on Desperate Housewives next year.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Robin Weigert, too! Awesome. I was planning on catching the show anyway since I adore Damien Lewis, and this is just icing on the cake.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I've heard not-good things about Life, unfortunately. But maybe the show will be better than the pilot -- I hope so, for the sake of the cast.

I've seen the first 2 eps of Eureka S2 and they were really, really good. Definitely a darker show this season, but not at all lacking in characteristic Eureka quirk. (The dark comes through stronger than the quirk when the eps don't have complete soundtracks yet.)

Colin if you're around, can you confirm that "Phoenix Rising" is the premiere and "Try, Try Again" is the 2nd ep? (They're in reverse order on the DVD, but watching TTA first just didn't make a whole lot of sense. I think they just laid the chapters down backwards when they sent out the screeners.)

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

According to my DVR, “Phoenix Rising” is the episode that is airing on Tuesday.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I've heard not-good things about Life, unfortunately.

I watched a couple of the clips, and they were Not Good.
