A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Maybe it will tour like the Lord of the Rings one did? Because otherwise, NOT FAIR.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

No, I don't think so--I think it was a special exhibit for the Manchester MOSI. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's staying in Manchester until the end of July, and then done. But they keep adding stuff from series three, so I wish I had a chance to go back before it finished!

There's a Classic Who museum in Blackpool, apparently, with all this material from the first series, and the new series has loaned some stuff out to that museum as well.

Did I mention the series two Doctor coat was there? Because it was! And it was long and very cool-looking!

In other news, I was ambling through the channels this weekend and stopped at Antiques Roadshow FYI. They were interviewing the man who runs 20th Century Props (?) and one of the "props" was a submarine (he buys sets from movies that would otherwise be destroyed and they get reused) and in listing the various shows/movies it was used in, one was "Angel" ... and my ears perked up.

Art Crawl!!!

I didn't remember this but luckily folks over at TWOP did. When Jamie Bamber guested on Cold Case back in February one of the things his character does is play the Hendrix version of "All Along the Watchtower."

(I wonder if they're going to repeat this anytime soon.)

Any of you guys watching Kyle XY? Because, one of the guys just broke up with the GF for inexplicable reasons but for us watchers it really, really looks like he broke up with the girl because he's really in love with Kyle. Would ABC Family do that?

We're doomed to disappointment, aren't we?

Also, having Nicholas Lea and Leah Cairns as Watchers is kind of fun. With Conrad Coats in the Quentin Travers role.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I can't tell if I'm liking The 4400 this season or not. The promeicin shot (sp?) stuff is potentially interesting, but I hope they don't overuse it wrt the secondary characters. It's an easy thing to reach for, but not all that interesting after the first OMG YOU COULD DIE storyline's been played out.

(Seriously, Kyle's ability is an annoying hipster chick following him around? If we were going that route, couldn't we have at least cast Tricia Helfer? And maybe given Kyle a less stupid haircut?)
