Buffy: He ran away, right? Giles: Sort of, more. turned and swept out majestically, I suppose. Said I didn't concern him. Buffy: So a mythic triumph over a completely indifferent foe? Giles: Well, I'm not dead or unconscious, so I say bravo for me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Finally got a chance to watch the trailer for Sarah Connor Chronicles. I knew I was going to check it out anyway, but the point in the trailer that gave me chills was when Summer Glau said "Come with me if you want to live." Oh, yeah! I am so there. The rest of the casting doesn't do much for me off the bat, but I'm not inimical to it.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

OK, we had a bit of a Who backlog, so we watched Who 3.10 and 3.11 back to back last night.

WOW. Just, wow.

Seriously had trouble sleeping- the horrible statue faces with arms outstretched kept creeping in my brain. Loved it. So scary, so good. Sally and Larry really pulled it off. I loved the wild plays on temporal "logic" it made my brain hurt but in a good way.

Who 3.11- I heard a couple random spoilers- John Simm (though not as playing the Master) as well as the Master coming back - and it didn't matter at ALL, I still gasped when Jacobi transformed into Simm and was the Master. "Say my name!" Also, my jaw thudded to the floor when Martha saw the watch, and I loved the Doctor/Jack conversation, and I definitely agree with ita that it seemed so intimate.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Well, at least they're still showing that one episode of TDF.

I had a scary dream last night about the darn statues from Dr. Who and I haven't even watched the show! Geez. Unfair.

Oh, heh, Zenkitty. I mean, poor you, but it's funny that it's gotten into your subconcious without even seeing the show.

Not funny, "ha-ha" but funny "makes ya think." Er.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Well, maybe not so ponderous; there was also a herd of mournful sad-eyed zebras.

I think lately my subconscious can't be arsed to give me meaningful dreams anymore. It just hoovers up whatever's caught my attention, adds a random animal, a song lyric, and a choice of neon lights or a luminous mist, shakes it up and yarps it back into my brainstem during the night, and I wake up petrified that somehow this portends my imminent demise.

Don't think about it. You'll just encourage it. Bloody statues.

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

My dreams have been equally weird and disjointed lately. Last night I remember Justin Timberlake, for some reason, (I mean really, WTF?). Then I semi-woke up, briefly, went back to sleep, and then Wesley Wyndam-Pryce showed up. We were at a local hospital, applying for a job.

At least they weren't nightmares. On the other hand, would it be too much to ask for the occasional Winchester or two?

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I had one last night in which Steve Carrell and I had some sort of angry dispute and he smacked me in the face. Perhaps it reflected my feelings toward the Evan Almighty commercials?

Ha! I knew exactly what line ita was talking about before I looked at the whitefont.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Okay, I've forgotten. SPN rewatch and post of No Exit *(see? I 'membered part of it) is at ____ o'clock board time?
