Boxed Set, Vol. IV: It's always suicide-mission this, save-the-planet that.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Okay. Do we need to do a poll on which weeknight works for the most people?

I can't do polls. Everybody chime in with nights at 7:00 Pacific, 10:00 EST, and 9:00 Middleofthecountrytime that will work and definitely won't work for you.

Beverly: Any, as far as I know now. I'm easy.

Because books.

We have no taping ability because, lo, we are Luddites that way.

It's Bravo, so otherwise I would say I'll catch one of the dozen reairings, but Top Chef is one show Stephen and I actually look forward to watching together, every week.

I can Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday.

Shoot, I missed the W-n-P.

I think weeknights at 7p board time should mostly be fine for me. I don't have a preference about which night.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Dr Who: I don't think that the Doctor went into hiding with an urge for parochiality and normalcy, even though that very Doctorish desire was what almost kept him there. No, I halfway buy the idea that slipping away somewhere for three months would be the low-impact version of things-- and that the high impact version was made even worse by his realisation of what the sojourn had cost in human lives, and what was shown about his desire to not be special after all. Not that it was an overwhelming desire, but it was very real.

I have to say, I'm much more in love with Ten than I was expecting, but I think Nine's version of fury is my One True Anger.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Okay, how about Thursday?

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Thursday works, with those of us here. So, next Thursday at 7:00?

And I'm back to change the thing.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

Dr. Who 3.09

Vonnie, that's interesting - I could see your read on the whether or not Matha knew being true. I'm going to have to rewatch to see what I think...

Nine is still my favorite, but I've grown to love Ten bunches, too.
