DJ, that show world premiered at the rep theatre at my college with Tom Hulce in the Tom Cruise role. I will always have a special place in my heart for that show, my first professional show.

I just watched the first episode of Life on Mars S2. With one phone call, the series just got ten times cooler. I now love this show, especially if that pays off. And maybe even if it doesn't, because Gene Hunt is ten shades of awesome.
