JenP, when I was younger and didn't have a steady job, I kept a suitcase packed in the back of my car with everything I'd need if I suddenly found myself on the road. It came in handy a few times. "No, it's okay, I have a change of underwear in the trunk."
That is awesome. A friend and I decided on a whim once to drive to Toronto (from DC, starting at 2a) during a long weekend. If we'd been as prepared, we'd have saved a good couple of hours going to my house, then his before hitting the road. Aw. That was a fun, if insane, little trip. Silly kids.
I just watched the Season 3 finale of Battlestar, thanks to the lovely sumi. All I can say is OMGWTF!?!

Oh, the LoM episodes that they showed were 1, 4, 5 & 8.
It is inexplicable to me that dvds for Robin Hood are coming out just two weeks after the season finale here while we are still waiting to hear about LoM - was Robin Hood so much more popular than LoM in the UK that they would plan this?
That shot was amazing, sumi, but I was still stunned about the Jimi Hendrix connection. That was the wierdest thing they have ever pulled.
