I suspect some folks objected to the Satan ex Johnus (well, he came out of Hell so he couldn't exactly be a Deus ex, could he?) that helped delay the YED until Dean could shoot him. Me, I could care less.
'Get It Done'
Boxed Set, Vol. IV: It's always suicide-mission this, save-the-planet that.
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Seriously they hated it? Why?
because they are stupid? or have no souls?
People think it was boring, predictable, that Dean had no character growth. . .
I went and read the first page. (I love teh crazy.) I... want to say forceful things, but I'd be preaching to the choir here.
And yet they complain that things are too laid out for next season... um... if you follow those tracks back, they lead to Dean's character development. @@
And poor Sam, only getting the Manly Nod from his dad instead of the Reassuring Shoulder Squeeze or whatever that Dean got.
It's kind of a nice reversal of what happened with their mom's ghost in "Home."
it would have been cool to be surprised by his appearance
Particularly since he didn't say anything. (However, his return was probably the most wide-open secret of the episode.)
Too laid out for next season?? What did they want to be left questioning the whole summer?
This was good, I mean we get Hunt Down the Demons Escaped From Hell and How do they Get out of Dean's Dumbass Deal with the Demon without killing Sammy?
I also think it was John's silent way of praising Dean for doing what he asked... saving Sam.
But then again, I'm a giant sap.
we get Hunt Down the Demons Escaped From Hell and How do they Get out of Dean's Dumbass Deal with the Demon without killing Sammy?
And Did Sam Come Back Wrong? And Does Sam Still Have Powers and/or Visions?
I mean we get Hunt Down the Demons Escaped From Hell and How do they Get out of Dean's Dumbass Deal with the Demon without killing Sammy?
Plus, with added pursuit by the FBI! I'm thinking that could interfere with the other two plotlines in some interesting ways.
And where's Jo? Will there be more Bobby (please!) ?
Will Agent Hwhatever keep hunting them or will something happen to make him realize that there are demons?
Will Ellen rebuild the roadhouse.
