So Much more satisfying than a cliff-hanger.
Boxed Set, Vol. IV: It's always suicide-mission this, save-the-planet that.
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I need to "acquire" it in better definition. Stupid cable with no high def CW.
Have they released a date for S2 dvds?
When I started watching I never thought I would love this show so much.
And now for the summer of flail!
Man, that was good. And it worked in ways I wasn't sure it could. Plus, we certainly have a clue about what next season is going to be about -- there are lots of nice plot points for them to go back to.
Also? Not for nothing, the Wincest sort of writes itself sometimes, doesn't it?
So for next year, we've got demon cleanup, and we've got the Feds (or at least one particular Fed) on the boy's trail. I have to say, after the tricks played by shows like Lost or the X-Files, it's nice to have a definitive resolution to a major story arc.
Yes it is.
Holy crap. That moment with John and the boys? Where John had that slight smile and the single tear running down his face? Killed me. Sobbing mess on the couch.
Not for nothing, the Wincest sort of writes itself sometimes, doesn't it?
Not my beautiful cake, but.... I can definitely see it at times.
Some parts of the dialogue felt like it was pulled directly from fanfic. You know, in a good way. Like Dean's monologue (SPN Origins callback baby!), or the tete a tete at the end.
So glad Ellen wasn't evil.
Damn skippy, two years of hunting the YED was more than enough. Plus, the clean up of this season isn't going to be done in two installments. They've got lots of stuff to mine from for next season. Very satisfying.
I love that Bobby called Dean out on the dumbassery of making that kind of deal.
And called him on his self-esteem issues! You have to love yourself Dean.
Or, if not, let me do it.
