What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

MOONLIGHT, from prolific movie producer Joel Silver ("The Matrix," Trilogy), is about Mick St. John (Alex O'Loughlin, upcoming "White Out"), a captivating "undead" private investigator who uses his acute vampire senses to help the living... instead of feeding on them.

Isn't this exactly like Twilight, which is exactly like Angel, which is exactly like Forever Knight ?

Well, yes. Apparently, private detective is a job that interests a high percentage of undead bloodsuckers.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wait, there's a Twilight and a Moonlight? Who's doing the former?

I don't know, ita, but I remember there being talk of Twilight in here and Minearverse months ago. I don't know whether it's a different show or whether they changed the title.

All right, I looked it up. They did change the title.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Don't forget Blood Ties.

Which somehow managed to make it to the screen with much less gayness than Angel despite the vampire from the original printed source having a houseboy named Tony.

Well, I'm relieved, from Variety:

Look for Thursdays to stay the same, with "Smallville" and "Supernatural" continuing. Wrestling remains on Friday.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Has there been any word on a second season of Dresden?

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Oh, that's disappointing. I'm just finishing the fifth book now and one of my summer projects is to watch the show. I was hoping for some OT3 action.

Has there been any word on a second season of Dresden?

Nope. Still waiting. Impatiently.

So, I've heard. But man, they're kind of spendy so I haven't indulged.

Seriously. $40 for audiobook, even unabridged audiobook, is pretty overpriced.
