All is well that ends in pizza.

So Smallville will be renewed, too. Is it too much to hope they might start building towards the whole Superman destiny a bit faster? Or show a montage of Clark with some journalism skill building?

Or at least give up the "no flights" thing. It's becoming old. He knows he can fly. If I knew I could fly, I would damn well be trying a bit harder to get it under my conscious control.

there's a whole running gag about him trying something new each week and failing they could be mining.

Hell, just a checklist would be nice.

Heading: Flying project

Filled Checks:

- Springboard
- diving board
- School Gym (Note: finish repairing bike rack)
- Cliff
- Airplane (no chute)

And so on.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Even though I don't watch it, I find the lack of flight annoying. But then, I don't know how much they've jerked around the Superman mythos in the comics over the past 30 years. When I was reading comics there was both Superman and Superboy comics and, hey, Superboy could fly! Grumble, alla you kids gettoffamylawn.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Oh, but they are very careful to make it clear they are not making a Superboy series. They don't have the rights to a Superboy series.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Whenever I watch, I find the lack of intelligence and the entitled attitude annoying. Oh, and the Lana worthip.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I admit I tend to skip through much of the Lana stuff, nowadays.

For god sakes, Clark, move on!

Also, get a haircut again. A couple of seasons back you had it short and you actually looked like the future MOS.

Of course, you were evil then...

Art Crawl!!!

Clark is much better EVIL. Can we just keep a supply of red kryptonite around to keep him that way?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Red kryptonite and leather undies.

Art Crawl!!!

Hey, you bring the red kryptonite and Clark just gravitates towards the leather undies.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I was worried he might be commando.
