I *know*! I am too flabbergated to even ... I don't know. It took me three hours of waiting to let my temper die down a bit and I got Boss on his cell phone and he said he'd call me back. That was an hour.
Sigh. And he didn't get the message about my grandma last night - Joe told him when Boss called this morning. And I guess just sounded devastated after that.
