Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I also have a new haircut, mostly just to fix the last horrible one. Alas, my only photo is my slightly deranged new corporate ID: [link]

I can't see the Raq pic! t rising hysteria

Damn, that Mal's getting handsome though.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Today is the first day since Sunday I have been out of bed. We were terrified it was going to be another kidney thing because the symptoms were pretty close, but no, it was just a viral infection.

Happy belated anniversary JZ & Hec! I still remember the email with the lovely news. Hugs to you both.

Welcome back juliana. I would love to hear about how your trip went. For the best, I hope.

Cute hair Aimee! OMG Raq! Love Heaven's IM.

Ready to go back to bed now, but am at work. Feh.

Raq, your ID photo is only visible internally to your company.

I co-oped for your company when I was in college in the '80s!

move out and draw fire

I turned them down in the 90s!

Hmm. Let's try it this way. [link]

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

All right, I acquiesce.

I desperately need a haircut. I want it shorter than it is now, but not back to the shortest I've ever had it. This is a compromise for The Boy, who falls into the category of Guys Who Looooove Long Hair On Women Regardless Of How The Hair Makes The Woman Look.

Could I do an angled bob -- keeping it curly, mind you -- without making my face look even rounder and chipmunkier than it already is?

I take it the silence is just the kindest way to say "No! No angled bob, chipmunk-face!" ???

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Pretty hair, Raq and Aimee!

You may be a number, but you're a hot little number.

Tep, I don't know if an angled bob would be best for you, but it has more to do with your curls than your pretty face.

Not that you can't have a curly bob, because you certainly can.

Can you just trim the bangs and the ends right now? A little grow out maintenance? A little layering to bring out the curl and voila - we're back to curly Tep a go go.

eta: I take it back. That could work on you.
